Completed Dipl.-Ing (FH) Maschinenbau in Fachhochschule Wiesbaden (now known as Hochschule RheinMain), prior to the change to the Bachelor system in Germany. I started my career with six years in the leading TVET Coordination Agency under the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) Malaysia, where I was involved in National Occupational Skills Standard Development, Train-of-Trainer programme Coordinator/Trainer as well as high level TVET policy making group for Malaysia. I made the switch to private sector after completing my Scholarship Bond with the government and I have now accumulated more than eight years of working experience with channel partners, OEMs and end customers in Southeast Asia as well as Northeast Asia with multiple-German based SMEs and MNC. „Lernen ist immer schön“ was the tagline used frequently by my first German Language Teacher. This has been my mantra throughout my life and I am continuing to learn in life and my working career. Through my diverse experiences from the beginning of my career up to now, I have managed to build and develop exceptional communication skills and ability to adopt, adapt and work out things in challenging and tricky scenarios and new situations. My experiences as trainer, skills standard development facilitator as a participation in high level policy making working groups in Ministry of Human Resources coupled with technical training & support, sales, business development, project management as well as management positions in German based MNCs and SMEs for SEA/APAC based positions has helped me to grow as a person as well as develop an unique blend of soft skills set, which I believe will allow me to prosper in my career irrespective of industry verticals, job scope or position.
