Technical and Solution Support - Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions that align with their business needs. - Provide in-depth technical consultation to clients and internal stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. b. Proposal Development & Documentation - Prepare and contribute to technical proposals, RFPs, and RFQs. - Ensure documentation is aligned with client expectations and internal compliance standards. - Maintain a repository of reusable technical content and case studies. c. Product Demonstrations and Presentations - Conduct product and solution presentations tailored to client needs. - Assist in delivering Proof of Concept (PoC) and solution demonstrations. - Address client inquiries and provide insights into how the solution meets their business objectives. d.
