Responsible for all phases of the admission process, from successfully marketing the certificate and degree programs to qualifying students for admission selection and enrollment for the Los Angeles campus. Conduct exceptional personal interviews to qualify prospective students on their educational goals and interests, to explain available academic programs, to advise them on admission requirements, and to ensure that all admissions transcript, resumes, essays, recommendation letters, and addendums are completed accurately. Serve as a role model and mentor others with product knowledge mastery, technology and process effective usage, and other best practices for successful new student enrollment and the team’s overall success.

Determine students’ goals and motivations by using a consultative sales approach that includes open ended questions and active listening.Deliver program information via telephone and written materials, communicating school policies, processes, and procedures throughout the entire student life cycle.Address issues or concerns regarding cost, financing, curriculum, tutoring, testing procedures, enrollment paperwork information, and cancellation policy to ensure students understand the entire UTI education system.Participate in campus events and provide tours to prospective students.

Track and analyze key enrollment data to develop predictive yearly enrollment plans to achieve the university enrollment goals.Advice and counsel to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs on matters related to the development and implementation of admissions policies, strategies, budgets, and personnel.Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.Development and delivery of admissions related communication plans, publications, and promotional materials, including print and digital formats.Provide leadership in the planning, developing, and increasing the university visibility and student marketplace to recruit and enroll qualified students that supports the strategic vision of the institution.

On-site promoting activities directed at adult applicants by prospecting for, identifying, interviewing, and facilitating candidates to enroll into a program of study offered by the school.Responsible for the successful retention and graduation of enrolled students.Assume primary responsibility for facilitating the recruitment process and providing extraordinary customer service to applicants.
