In a manufacturing plant the undesired products are categorized into two types either failure or defect. Our Industry Spinner Plastics were producing too many faulty products at that stage so myself and my team broke down all operations into tiny bits and sorted out all the operations and charted all failures according to their RPN no. (severity, occurrence, detection) minimized some of the failures and saved a huge amount of money and time.
