Frosh Trip Coordinator - Organizing student led overnight hiking and canoeing orientation trips for incoming college students. Executed 54 simultaneous 4 day outdoor trips with 100+ leaders and 650 first year students. Adaptively designed unique and flexible trips to support diverse backgrounds, needs, and concerns. Managed inventory to distribute the ~100 different items to each group before the trip.
