  Duties and Responsibilities ·Provide summary yield reports on the main issues and their resolutions through working methods, and process coordination with the issue. ·Provide or update work instructions to reflect any modifications to the procedure relating to enhanced performance based on approved corrective and preventative actions (Plasma, Wirebond, 3rd Optical Inspection and Criteria, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and FMEA. ·Qualification of Wirebond machines which will increase productivity, quality and utilization of an equipment through DOE. ·Review the risk analysis for low yield lots, the root cause analysis, and the report on any potential root causes, corrective measures, and disposition. ·Perform root cause analysis through the use of 7 QC Tools, Pareto Chart (Top defect Pareto), Control Chart (SPC), & Process Flow Diagram). ·Carrying out research and designing new equipment to be developed. ·Making sure all products comply with external and internal regulations and protocols. Skills ·Equipment knowledge on VSP 88H Batch Plasma (CLPV-002), KNS Iconn Plus Wirebond Machine and CREDEN ISP 3100 (CLOC-001 and CLOC-002). ·Proficient in All Microsoft Office. ·Proven ability to assess, identify and solve problems. ·Optimization of parameter and improve existing process. ·Ability to understand Electronic Design and Application system.
