I made and implemented a database to track suppliers and inventory, I also made a system to keep these databases updated. We work hard to obtain diverse suppliers in order to have the necessary resources to meet the needs of our customers at all times. I achieved new commercial alliances where discounts, credits, delivery times were improved and we managed to agree on convenient ways of working for both parties regarding documentation (counter receipts, warehouse seals, etc.) and payment days. I also met with the existing suppliers to improve working conditions, business performance, and contract updates. In general, I coordinated the workflow and logistical processes in the department.I supported the accounting and finance departments by building spreadsheet databases that would facilitate the management of payment schedules, the organization of incoming invoices for expense deductions, and the monitoring of credit status. I also made spreadsheets that helped me with the cost viability analysis of new projects, as well as the supervision of the compliance with them. All the spreadsheets I made are referenced and manage user permissions so that the edition is only accessible by the user who requires it, as well as the reports are only accessible to the people who need it in the different departments.Additionally, I worked with the legal department in updating and developing new equipment leases, as well as supervising compliance with existing and new contracts. I implemented the way of working in this area within the sales department.

I did consulting and sales; I also did government tenders for TRIFE, PEMEX, CFE and CONAGUA. Projects ranged from electrical equipment maintenance to complete new implementations of specialized electrical systems. I was in charge of solving the problems and needs of the clients that required critical delivery times, also I negotiated better agreements with projects of the ELECTORAL COURT OF THE JUDICIAL POWER OF THE FEDERATION. In the private sector I helped in bidding processes to work with Ford, Grupo Parisina, DBM, Intier automotriz, Magna Assembly Systems de México, Decoplas, Grupo Antolín, Industrias Tebi and others.

I worked in the sales department managing the interaction and negotiations with some clients. Looking to improve our commercial offer I started to work also with the purchasing department to reduce costs and ensure on time deliveries. I managed the interactions with customers and suppliers. I also worked to boost the performance of the IT department in the company. I increased the use of technology, computing, computer network, assembly, servicing and maintenance of the companys equipment to improve daily tasks.

I worked with the sales department to make recommendations of products suited to the specific needs of each project or client. I also provided after-sales service by giving advice to customers by phone for the connection of low voltage transformers. These services helped to improve sales by solving the needs of customers in real time. Then I worked more closely with the sales department to improve the technical knowledge of the area about the companys products; I also worked on improving the customer support process (sales, advice and installation of equipment), this resulted in an improved business strategy that increased the reputation of the company. I received specialized training in low and medium voltage electrical equipment, which helped the company and the sales department to provide better sales advice and to meet customer expectations by solving their needs.

I worked on digitalizing inventory for better management. Also supervised reception and delivery of products to ensure quality and achievement of goals in terms of time, usage of space, optimal conditions and organization of products (logistics). I worked on analyzing and then optimizing in-stock inventory to reduce product and space wastes. This analysis allowed the company to improve requests of products from different providers, cutting costs and speeding up logistic processes. I also began working with providers and the product supply process.

I helped to organize and develop the electrical plans quantifying the electrical loads of the equipment to be installed. I also developed several computer workflow templates (delivery/return certificates, selection/quantification templates, internal process templates and many others) that improved the management processes at that time. I also started to develop several work files to improve the data flow interaction with other areas of the company, especially the sales department.
