- Responsible for handling overall recruitment function- Searching and screening resumes, interviewing candidates and providing comments. - Arrange interview with line managers and acting as a communication channel till the recruiting process is completed. - Initiate and execute sourcing such as advertising on job portals, walk-in interview and finding other effective channels of resourcing such as referrals from social networking sites. - Formulate report analysis on recruitment situations and resignation. - HR Administrative tasks such as data organizing, filling and maintain-up- to-date candidates on database.
