Main Responsibilities & Achievements: • Responsible for LATAM Manufacturing footprint. Including Vestas’ owned and third party factories. • Accountable full scope on Sourcing, Production, FIN Budget, HSE, Quality, Engineering and HR with direct report to Vice President and Global headquarter in DK. • Ramp up for all Nacelles’ platforms in Brazil (2, 4.2, 4.5MW) reaching Customer’s contractual obligation mitigating all initial Liquidated Damages’ risks. Enabling Vestas to become a preferred Supplier in Brazilian Wind Market to ENEL, Gestamp and EDP. • Heading Blades’ Quality process improvements and New Launches Execution on new V163 model type across LATAM factories. • Key Customers relationship on visiting, technical discussions and support bidding proposals.

Main Responsibilities & Achievements: • Responsible for Start Up of the Brazilian Blades’ Plant in Suape. Reporting to CEO and Global Steering Committee regarding Production, Quality, HSE, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics and CAPEX. • Assigned to Spain (Ponferrada) to conduct CAPEX implementation and project’s investment program. • Interface with Global customers (GAMESA, Alsthon and GE) on production execution and deliveries.

Main Responsibilities & Achievements: • Implementation of SAP Blueprint solution in USA and roll out to others countries operated by Gerdau Group (including Brazil) by defining the Go Live strategy, management of software developments (SAP and legacy), through tools (HPQC, ARIS) and leading external consultants from Accenture, SAP, Ernst & Young, etc..; • Responsible for steel manufacturing operation 12 factories (~ 750 employees with fabs located from Bahia up to Para. Production overall capacity of 16.500metric ton/month. • Accomplish Sales’ demands with the Industrial Operations. • Assessments to identify team’s gaps & potentials, creating training plans and individualized coaching jobs, by this, the Region was recognized as the top ranking in company’s Wellness Research Program;

Main Responsibilities & Achievements: • Management of manufacturing, cost structures of products, leveling production machines x manpower, contact with national and international suppliers, managing product quality, start up of new products, CAPEX 7.0miUSD). • Implementation of LEAN Manufacturing cells in accordance with Toyota Production System philosophy;
