As a Façade designer, the job responsibility involves: • Study IFC drawings (Architectural & Structural),Ironmongery details & specifications • Prepare Concept Drawings in coordination with Design manager/ architect in good presentation • Shop drawings – Elevations, Plans, Details &Materials specifications in coordination with Structural Engineer & DTL • Setting out & layout drawings for site installation • Making detailed shop drawings for approval and reference for construction at site. • Design the Suitable Cladding System for Panel fixation. • In-charge in the production of a complete package of curtain wall shop drawings. Responsible for material optimization, material take-off, fabrication. • Responsible take off materials for aluminium (curtain wall system, cladding,doors, windows, swing doors, Frameless & accessories)

(2 years 8 months) Duties &Responsibility:- • Use computer-assisted façade engineering and design software and equipment for simulation purposes and to prepare engineering design documents; • Work closely with the Team Leader or Project Leader on all technical matters relating to the projects; • Investigate and recommend engineering system selection; • Undertake liaison and coordination with other designers, including architects, and other engineers to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic and concept of the construction; • Prepare design reports at the concept and sketch design stages; • Work under minimal supervision with defined areas of responsibility; • Check the quality and accuracy of your own and others’ work; • Meet agreed-on deadlines; • Visiting site if required to take measurements and site survey. • Preparation of materials Quantities for Civil and Architectural Works. • Setting out & layout drawings for site installation • Delivering facades that do what is required of them. • Excellence in Design. • Making detailed shop drawings for approval and reference for construction at site. • Quantity surveying of materials for advanced material order. • Taking measurement for the drawing, study of drawing, allocation and fabrication of various parts involved in the project according to the drawings. • Responsible Prepare ‘As Built’ drawings to the Client/Consultant for final handover of the Project • Revised and update shop drawings base on the RFI response.
