Review and evaluate team ́s performance by monitoring KPI's (consignmentinventory levels, OTD %, Past Due, sales, expedites, etc), providing feedback, support, training and development to the group's weaknesses. Delegate tasks by proper workload distribution, strengthening the group through growth and involvement. Collaborate with management levels to set sales targets and follow up methodologies to hit them, as well as to elaborate reports and paperwork for performance evaluation. Develop and update system tools, standard procedures and policies for improving the service provided to customers and inside the organization.
