Fiona's role at Arup as assistant project manager for a security screening upgrade project at Dublin Airport involved organising and allocating tasks to team members as well as keeping track of deadlines. Prioritising tasks was a vital part of delivering great quality Statements of Work and reports to the client in a timely manor. A change log was set up and maintained by Fiona to ensure that inputs from all members of the team and external parties were being considered in the multiple volumes of Statements of Works.
