As the Operations Assistant Manager, my new additional duties include overseeing the manufacturing and production of BOPP synthetic and acrylic coated films in HSF Films (Thailand). I am also heavily involved in mechanical maintenance of the machineries used in the production line, coordinating between both China-based and Thai-based engineering companies.

As Supply Chain Manager at HSF Films (Thailand), I oversee raw material procurement, warehousing, and on-time delivery for BOPP, PET, and thermal films to Thailand, America, India, Malaysia, and Singapore. I focus on cost reduction, inventory management, and production coordination. Additionally, I lead the implementation of cloud ERP for improved efficiency and communication with our parent company.

I launched a classic car themed restaurant and showroom after my Privi Group experience. I oversaw building setup, staff training, and daily operations. I also handled marketing and design to attract customers. After establishing the business, I sought a new challenge.

As a young Singaporean, I sought overseas opportunities and landed a General Manager role at Privi Hospitality Group. My two-year tenure was a whirlwind of learning through daily operations, marketing, and staff management. The COVID-19 pandemic tested our resilience, but we forged strong bonds through shared challenges.
