* Manage the partnership and contract for Digital Support Operation outsourcing service for Asia Pacific & Japan.* APJ Digital Support team budget forecast and control.* Participate social media support program, to identify crawling destinations and maintain search keywords to find HP Support questions on Social Media and provide timely and quality support.

* Day to day manage the websites to provide excellent support experience to China and Hong Kong customers.* Monitor website and survey metrics, and analyze customer verbatim, study user behavior, consider product issues and system issues, to do the business analysis and initiate improvement plans.* Guide and mentor Technical Writer, Site Editor, Copy Editor and Translation Vendor.

* Ensure web content in HP China Customer Care site is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.* Provide the training of related professional knowledge to technical writers, including high quality public-oriented composition of Simplified Chinese, and how to produce high quality web graphics.* Manage the documents translation process, e.g. refining systems, coaching translation vendors, and publishing the updated new product information.
