My Responsibilities: • Facade Conceptualization & Design: Lead the design process for innovative, sustainable, and functional façade solutions, working with architects and engineering teams to create aesthetically pleasing and technically sound designs. • Material Selection & Specifications: Research and recommend materials that meet the project’s performance, aesthetic, and budget requirements, while also ensuring sustainability and compliance with local regulations. • 3D Modelling & Visualization:Utilize advanced software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or other design tools) to develop detailed 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design intent clearly to clients and stakeholders. • Technical Detailing & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for façade systems, including material details, connection details, and assembly instructions. • Collaboration with Project Teams:Work closely with structural engineers, MEP engineers, and construction teams to ensure the façade design is compatible with overall building requirements, addressing potential challenges during the design and construction phases. • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Engage with clients to understand their design vision and project goals, presenting design options and revisions to meet their expectations while maintaining the design integrity. • Code Compliance & Standards:Ensure that façade designs meet local building codes, sustainability certifications, and environmental standards, staying up to date with industry’s best practices and regulations. • Design Development & Innovation:Continuously explore new materials, construction methods, and design trends, applying creative and innovative solutions to improve functionality, aesthetics, and performance. • Quality Control & Review:Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks, ensuring that all designs are accurate, feasible, and of the highest quality, and that they align with the project's goals.

My Responsibilities: • Preparing project design, shop drawings, material take off sheets, quantity surveying, submittals and all other documents attributable to design and coordination works. • Supervise the execution of Aluminum curtain walls, Skylights, Aluminum composite panels, Doors and Windows. • Providing proactive and technical resolutions of all project issues. • Preparing project reports to monitor all QC/QA related activities of the project • Handle reports to the project manager. • Receive engineering plates from the project manager. • Attends initial meetings with PMO engineers to discuss technical specifications of the project. • Make the initial plan for the project and inform the installation manager of human needs, other requirements and equipment.
