    I joined Barclays as a Technical Lead however over 10 yrs I played various roles in Engineering & Architecture leading up to a Global Head of API Engineering role My key contribution in this role was to set up and establish micro service and rest API development capability from scratch which has grown to a team of 50+ full stack engineers across 6 self-sufficient Agile pods across India & UK locations in a span of 1.5 years I mastered the art of building technology/channel agnostic solutions as I transitioned from .Net to Java and then Full stack technology stack as part of the various roles in Barclays.
