- Managed around 50 clients of the Brazilian portfolio in services, management of operational conflicts, structuring of foreign trade transactions (export and import financing, working capital, letters of credit, vendor finance and leasing), constitution of guarantees to the credit financing, such as mortgages, pledges, assignments of credits and warranties. -  I performed portfolio tracking, contractual obligations and guarantees with values above US$ 500MM.- I opened accounts to the clients, guarantors and off-takers in the system of the bank, investigating and approving their information in the Compliance Area (Know Your Customer), analyzing their corporate documents with the teams of the Legal and Credit Departaments (clauses of the agreements and exceptions of the structures of the transaction and guarantees).- I assisted clients in credit applications, registration documents, clarification of operational procedures and assistance in the management of their financings.- I made management reports and analysis of the performance of the Commercial Area.- I contributed to the restructuring transactions of credit recovery.
