Position: Sales cum Recruitment SpecialistResponsibilities:Business development:- Looking for, approaching and consulting for potential customers that are in need of recruiting vacancies (such as Junior/Senior Engineer , QA/QC, Back Office, Interpreters, Manager, Head of Department and Director branch, etc) in various fields (such as Manufacturing, IT, Trading, etc).Candidate management:- Coordinating with client companies to define necessary requirements for open roles.- Searching for suitable candidates according to the Job description via different sources.- Managing recruitment process: Screen/pre-select resumes, manage and input CVs into Recruitment system, pre-interview candidates by phone or in person, find out their career aspirations, background check, and gather salary informations. - Advising on current market salary and benefits package information.- Consulting and supporting candidates with suitable positions to their qualifications and experiences- Negotiate terms and salary with candidates when the Offer of the client does not match with the candidates expectation.Achievements and skills gained:- Improve communication skills and convincing skills. - Improve the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and candidates. - Learn about Vietnams human resources market. - Experience the working cultures at Japanese companies.
