Over time, my focus shifted more towards utility-scale projects, where I have been heavily involved in investor acquisition, planning, and execution of large-scale solar parks, as well as in the sales and distribution of large projects. Currently, I am working at Anker, where I am responsible for establishing a new residential product – a battery storage system with an integrated inverter – in the EU market. In this role, I leverage my extensive network of installers, distributors, and EPC contractors to successfully position the product across Europe. My work is 100% remote, with regular customer visits conducted using a company vehicle. Over the years, I expanded my expertise into the utility-scale sector, where I played a key role in the development of solar parks, including one of my largest projects, a solar park in Montenegro. • Investor Acquisition & Project Development: I have extensive experience in securing investors for solar projects, including developing business plans and financial models. I have been instrumental in the financing and development of large solar projects, working closely with financial partners to secure capital for new projects. • Regulatory & Permit Processes: I possess extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and the process of obtaining permits for solar projects across various European markets. Ensuring compliance with legal and normative standards at every stage of project development is a key part of my work. • Sales & Grid Connection: After the planning and implementation of solar parks, I have successfully managed sales to end customers and the grid connection process. This involves close collaboration with grid operators and regulatory bodies to ensure efficient integration of solar parks into the grid. • Language & Cultural Competence: As a native German and Serbian speaker, I offer a significant advantage in sales within the Balkans, as I not only speak the language fluently but also have a deep understanding of the cultural nuances of the region. This expertise has been particularly valuable in working with customers and partners from the former Yugoslavia, notably in projects such as the solar park in Montenegro. • Establishing Anker Products in the EU Market: I am currently leading the market introduction of Anker's new residential battery storage system with an integrated inverter across Europe. I am utilizing my vast network of installers, distributors, and EPC contractors to successfully establish the product in various European markets. Communication and coordination are handled remotely, with regular on-site visits to maintain direct contact with customers and partners. • Strategic Sales Planning & Revenue Growth: I develop and implement tailored sales strategies that are specifically designed to meet the requirements of the market and target customers.
