Job responsibilities
岗位职责：
1.根据科研发展趋势或学者/学术机构的需求，寻求合作机会，创办新期刊；
2.参与或协助期刊管理工作，例如吸引优质稿源、拓展编委团队以及市场宣传，推进出刊工作；
3.与国内外期刊主编、编委成员、作者及审稿人建立良好沟通，做好期刊的同行评审工作；
4.负责期刊的出版质量控制，对文章进行排版校对，确保文章及时正确上线；
5.协助出版人/编辑和期刊编委团队实现期刊的高质量发展；
6.完成领导交办的其他任务。
Job responsibilities:
1. seek collaboration opportunities to launch new journals based on research trends or needs of scholars/academic organizations;
2.Participate or assist in journal management, such as attracting quality manuscript sources, expanding the editorial board team and marketing publicity to promote the publication;
3.Establish good communication with editors-in-chief, editorial board members, authors and reviewers of domestic and international journals, and do a good job of peer review of journals;
4.Responsible for the publication quality control of journals, layout proofreading of articles to ensure that the articles are on-line in a timely and correct manner;
5. assist the publisher/editor and journal editorial board team to achieve high quality development of the journal;
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements
任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、材料、工程、生物、农林、医药等理工科相关专业背景优先；
2. 具有3年以上英文学术期刊编辑相关工作经验或新期刊创建工作经验；
3. 具有良好的人际沟通能力；
4. 热爱学术出版行业，对英文学术期刊领域认知有一定敏感性度；
5. 有很强的学习能力，能使用英文作为工作语言，有团队合作精神。
Posting Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, preferably with background in computer science, materials, engineering, biology, agriculture, forestry, medicine and other science and technology related disciplines;
2. at least 3 years of experience in editing English academic journals or creating new journals;
3. good interpersonal communication skills;
4. love the academic publishing industry, and have a certain degree of sensitivity to the knowledge of English academic journals;
5. strong learning ability, ability to use English as a working language, and teamwork spirit.
