Key Responsibilities: 1. Translate and localize mobile and digital products with linguistic and cultural accuracy. 2. Conduct language testing, review translation projects, and provide recommendations for R&D and UX improvements. 3. Manage translation projects across devices (mobile, PC) and maintain style guides and terminology. 4. Analyze competitor products and propose localization strategies to enhance global product appeal. 5. Optimize translation workflows using CAT tools (e.g., Trados) and QA tools (e.g., Xbench).

Qualifications: 1. Native English speaker (UK, US, or Canada); Chinese proficiency preferred. 2. Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, communication, or related fields. 3. 4+ years of experience in translation/localization, ideally in the ICT sector. 4. Proficient in CAT tools and translation project management. 5. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
