Regional Sales Representative Location: France Term: Permanent Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by driving new business and strengthening relationships within the pool industry in France, particularly in the South West region (Bordeaux). Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and develop new customer and channel partner opportunities to expand our business reach in France. Target-Driven Sales: Plan, execute, and manage sales opportunities and projects to meet annual sales targets. Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals and requirements, ensuring a seamless experience through marketing and customer service. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to guarantee continued brand and project success. Client Communication: Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries promptly, and address any client concerns in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the pool industry or a related sector. Bilingual in English and French. Strong ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with them to find optimal solutions. Passionate about success, driven to meet targets, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Preferred Knowledge of the pool industry or experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing.
