Job responsibilities
1. Complete the preliminary evaluation / installation / acceptance of equipment smoothly and excellently on the premise of ensuring environmental safety;
2. Ensure that the personnel, things and objects related to the equipment strictly follow the environmental safety rules and maintain good environmental safety indicators;
3. Formulate and implement personnel training plan to ensure training effect;
4. Equipment efficiency improvement;
5. Equipment operation / maintenance standard operation process management;
6. Maintenance of production line stability;
7. Maintenance cost planning and control;
8. Formulate cost saving plan and evaluate the quality of alternative parts;
9. New technology reception and mass production climbing;
10. Acceptance evaluation of new equipment;
11. Improve the overall efficiency of equipment and optimize production capacity;
12. Employee performance evaluation and employee performance improvement guidance.
Job Requirements
1. Excellent forward-looking sensitivity, problem decoding, integration and solving ability, and the ability to take responsibility;
2. Have good cross departmental communication skills and teamwork skills;
3. Implement the company's policy and mission, excellent project management ability, goal driven and result oriented;
4. Efficiency / capacity improvement capability and technical leadership.
