Job responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and job offer. Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role and company culture. Assist with new employee onboarding to help them integrate into the team quickly. Oversee daily office administrative tasks and maintain a professional working environment. Perform other related HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Vietnamese citizen. Native in Vietnamese, fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (verbal and written). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment experience is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive, responsible, attentive to details.
