HR (Recruiting)Location: South KoreaSalary: can be negotiable for strong candidatesOffice Work Location: remote reporting to Hong Kong at the beginning, will have office in future in South Korea such as Seoul ________________________________________Responsibilities• End-to-end recruitment management: Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles, including requirement analysis, talent mapping, resume screening, in-depth interviews, and offer negotiation. • Proactive sourcing & talent pipeline building: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Offertoday, Boss Zhipin, and other social media channels to conduct proactive headhunting and build a high-quality passive candidate pipeline. • Recruitment strategy optimization: Regularly analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., lead-to-hire ratio, time-to-hire) to optimize hiring processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve offer acceptance rates. • Market intelligence & insights: Conduct in-depth research on talent market trends in South Korea, including salary benchmarks and competitor analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to business stakeholders. ________________________________________Best regards,HR
Job Requirements
Requirements• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience; prior experience in top-tier search firms or mid-to-large technology/internet companies is preferred. • Sourcing expertise: Strong headhunting mindset with solid experience in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques; ability to identify and engage hard-to-find talent. • Language skills: Proficiency in both English and Korean (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates from diverse international backgrounds. • Talent assessment capability: Strong ability to evaluate candidates’ technical competencies and cultural fit with high accuracy. • Drive & resilience: Results-driven with strong negotiation skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with South Korea employment policies is a plus.
