Ensure efficient System Integration and overall program management. Responsible for Quality plan/execution and factory support. Insure that EE, ME, SW and mfg. engineers are communicating. Excellent hand-on knowledge in Electrical components or equipments. Manage all IP issues/opportunities. Work with BD and legal to insure that we can meet the customer requirements. Manage product life cycle. Support new configurations of shipping products.

The CandidateThe successful Candidate have a bachelors degree in engineering or any related discipline. At least 10 years solid experience engineering position in sizeable manufacturing companies. Ability to manage people and communicate effectively with all levels of management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
