You will be responsible for professional coordination and project management in the areas of software and hardware development or testing throughout the product life cycle, taking into account cost, quality and time. As the central point of contact, you will handle all internal and external project issues and coordinate closely with project management, expert teams and managers. You can effectively delegate tasks to your team, motivate team members, and manage conflict using a solution-oriented approach. Your responsibilities also include determining expenditures, analyzing resource and investment needs, and conducting risk assessments. They regularly coordinate key milestones of the project, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and take corrective action when necessary.

They have extensive experience in Project management and using planning tools such as MS Project and Jira. With PMI or IPMA certification, you have a solid foundation to continue your training with us. Industry experience, preferably in the automotive industry, and knowledge of the relevant processes will make it easier for you to enter our program. You speak fluent German and English and apply your language skills in daily life. Your excellent communication skills and convincing appearance enable you to effectively lead a team of experts.
