Job Description:Now you have the opportunity to bring your unique personality, talent, humor and passion to a career with us! General Responsibilities • Deliver interactive educational content to learners using scripted multimedia materials and a variety of audio-visual aids • Use immersive learning techniques such as story-telling, singing, dialogue and role playing in combination with formal exercises to deliver curriculum • Interact with learners in a way that makes language learning fun, engaging and effective • Measure progress through both formal and informal assessments • Participate in center promotional and social events as needed • Partner with Assistant Trainer to lead the class, and ensure classes are run efficiently and start and end as scheduled • Collect audio & visual portfolio evidence of language learner work & progress during lessons Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution • A minimum of 18 months of post-bachelor’s work experience, including a minimum of 12 months of continuous teaching employment • A passion for educating children • Ability to command the attention of large groups of children in an engaging manner • English language fluency including but not limited to: proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, and proper use of adjectives and adverbs • Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm • Energetic, enthusiastic approach to delivering content to learners • Ability to commit to a 12-15 month contract Compensation/Benefits Highlights • 10-11,000 RMB monthly salary • 420 RMB monthly travel allowance • 7000 RMB training bonus • 3,000–4,350 RMB monthly housing allowance • 3 week stay in hotel upon arrival • Airfare to China and return flight allowance • Paid time off including Chinese national holidays, sick days and vacation • Health and dental insurance • TEFL-C certification • Rosetta Stone Mandarin • Full academic training, and ongoing professional development Location: Centers are located in over 10 cities, including: Beijing; Wuhan; Tianjin; Hangzhou; Guangzhou; Suzhou; Shanghai; Chengdu; Nanjing; Ningbo
