Be responsible for on-site technical management, quality control, progress coordination, safety supervision and data management throughout the whole process of steel structure engineering projects; Be responsible for on-site detailed drawing deepening, be familiar with and review steel structure design drawings, conduct detailed technical disclosure to construction teams, and answer technical questions during the construction process; Conduct full-process technical control: supervise and guide the construction technology and technical key points of key processes such as unloading, stacking, hoisting, correction, welding (or high-strength bolt connection), fire and anti-corrosion coating, and color plate installation of steel components (columns, beams, trusses, supports, etc.); Serve as the main on-site technical interface, maintain efficient communication and coordination with design, owners, supervisors, subcontractors, processing factories and other parties to ensure the accurate implementation of construction intentions.

College degree or above in civil engineering or architecture-related majors; Possess solid steel structure detailing and deepening capabilities (proficient in operating software such as CAD and Tekla); Have good technical English proficiency and computer operation skills; Candidates with US/Mexican visa experience will be preferred.
