Job responsibilities
1. Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. 2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. 3. Coordinate the work of project team members, including internal staff and external contractors. 4. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements and expectations. 5. Monitor project progress, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. 6. Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and final project evaluations.
Job Requirements
1. Hold an Undergraduate Diploma or above in construction management, civil engineering, str uctural engineering, building engineering, or related engineering disciplines. 2. At least 3 years of construction project management experience. 3. Familiar with building regulations, safety standards, and industry norms in Hong Kong and mainland China. 4. Familiar with the mainland China building materials market and construction supply chain. 5. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
