1. Detailed Design & Technical Support • Execute shop drawings and technical detailing tasks for ongoing projects. • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from design to execution. 2. Project Coordination & Clarifications • Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to resolve technical questions and clarify project details. 3. Material Estimation & Budget Support • Prepare material take-offs and support project cost estimation efforts. 4. Metal Cladding Design • Develop complete detailing for metal envelope systems, including installation drawings, panel layout, numbering, material lists, flashing, and accessories. 5. Additional Duties • Assist with tasks assigned by project leads or senior management.

1. Education • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 2. Experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in metal cladding system design and steel detailing. 3. Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office software. • Skilled in AutoCAD and XSTEEL (Tekla Structures) or equivalent steel detailing tools. 4. Languages​  ● Fluent in English and Chinese (for cross-border communication).  ● Basic Malay is a plus.  5. Attributes​  • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Able to handle pressure and adapt to various working environments.
