We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sports Coach responsible for designing and delivering engaging sports lessons for children. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sports education, a genuine love for working with children, and the ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment. Work Schedule · Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM · Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM · During summer/winter holidays: Schedule adjusts to Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (subject to course arrangements). --- Location Shunyi District, Beijing --- Compensation & Benefits · Monthly Salary Range: RMB 10,000 - 15,000 · Pay Date: 15th of each month (postponed to the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday). · Annual Leave: 5 days of paid annual leave after one full year of service.

Responsibilities: · Prepare and deliver high-quality sports lessons with dedication and professionalism. · Focus solely on student development and teaching excellence—we handle all administrative and operational support. · Create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for children to learn and grow through sports. --- Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sports Education, Exercise Science, Sports Training, or a related field. · Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in sports; understanding of child motor development principles. · Prior experience in sports rehabilitation, physical education, or children’s fitness training is preferred. · Strong English proficiency—fluent in speaking, listening, reading, and writing; able to conduct lessons in English and communicate effectively within an international team. · Experience in bilingual teaching across all age groups (5 years old to adult) is a plus. · Personal Attributes: · A lifelong learner who enjoys working with children. · Background in youth sports or athletic experience is highly desirable. · Growth mindset, positive energy, and a motivating presence. · Sports professional by training—passionate about movement and education.
