This position is part of Hainan University and is open to outstanding scholars and academic talents from around the world. The incumbent will be responsible for teaching in the designated discipline, conducting high-level scientific research, publishing high-impact academic works, leading or participating in national and provincial research projects, supervising graduate students and young researchers, and actively contributing to discipline development and academic governance. Compensation: Salary negotiable, plus talent relocation allowances, research start-up funding, and other supporting benefits.

1.Doctoral degree or above; 2.Capable of independently conducting high-level research projects; 3.Have published high-quality academic outputs in relevant fields within the past five years; 4.Preference will be given to candidates with overseas study/work experience or those who have led research projects at provincial/ministerial level or above.
