This position is part of Hainan Tropical Ocean University and is open to outstanding scholars and academic talents from around the world. The incumbent will be responsible for teaching in the designated discipline, conducting high-level scientific research, publishing high-impact academic works, leading or participating in national and provincial research projects, supervising graduate students and young researchers, and actively contributing to discipline development and academic governance. Compensation: Salary negotiable, plus talent relocation allowances, research start-up funding, and other supporting benefits.

1.Doctoral degree or above; 2.Able to undertake teaching duties in relevant disciplines and demonstrate strong research capabilities; 3.Have published high-quality research outcomes in major domestic or international academic journals; 4.Possess good teamwork spirit and be able to participate in discipline development and course design; 5.Open to all majors, with preference given to candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds relevant to the development direction of the Ocean College.
