-Defining project tasks, dependencies, resources and timeline -Outlining project within Project Management System -Gathering all required assets from the client -Managing internal and external resources -Ensuring team members understand deliverables and have task lists -Putting together technical write-up for programming features of the site -Making sure projects stay within timetables and budgets -Ensures documentations are complete, current and stored appropriately -Serving as the primary point of contact for clients -While completing all of the above duties you must maintain excellent communication with the clients while managing their expectations

-Experience in web or software development project management -Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices -Excellent organizational skills and really detail oriented -Excellent communication skills, oral and written -Chinese & English language - Foreigners can apply -Proven experience in building schedules -Proven experience in working with budgets, clients, and acting as a liaison between clients and developers, designers, and other team members -Solid experienced in Web analytic, ecommerce, online media marketing, website design -Good understanding of graphic/UX design is preferred -Good verbal and written English and Chinese. Multiple languages speaking is a plus.
