You will be responsible for creating precise, production-ready artwork proofs for promotional and customizable products. We are looking for designers who take pride in pixel-perfect layouts, technical precision, and delivering flawless proofs that move seamlessly into production.What You’ll Be Responsible ForCreating accurate artwork proofs for client approvalPreparing print-ready files that meet all technical specificationsEnsuring correct sizing, bleed, color mode (CMYK/RGB), and resolutionMaintaining strict alignment with client brand guidelinesReviewing layouts for spacing, typography, and visual consistencyManaging multiple proofs daily without compromising qualityCollaborating with Sales, Design, and Production teams to avoid errors and delaysWhat We’re Looking ForStrong foundation in graphic design principlesAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)Solid working knowledge of Adobe PhotoshopExperience working with product templates and print specificationsDeep understanding of print-ready file preparationExceptional attention to detail — you catch what others missAbility to work efficiently under deadline pressureStrong communication skills in a remote environmentWork Schedule6 working days per weekWorking hours will be 8:00 AM to 5 PM CST1 rest day (Saturday or Sunday CDT)Fixed 8-hour shifts24/7 operations (schedule may vary based on business needs)
