Job responsibilities
Responsibilities: Develop and execute community content strategies, including active engagement with players on social media platforms and participation in discussions. Create and localize game-related community content, ensuring effective delivery of project updates (e.g., development insights, version-specific news tailored to the Spanish-speaking audience). Plan and execute community-led initiatives, including events and collaborations with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). Manage content and asset planning for Spanish-speaking social media channels, coordinating key updates and schedules with regional teams. Identify and engage high-potential content creators in Spanish-speaking regions while nurturing relationships with existing KOL partners. Build strong connections with key community members to enhance visibility and engagement within the Spanish-speaking player base. Recruit and oversee community moderators to maintain a professional management team for Spanish social media platforms. Act as a bridge between players and developers, accurately relaying community feedback, sentiment, and suggestions.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1+ years of proven experience in managing and growing gaming communities. Deep understanding of social media platforms and strategies to engage and grow audiences. Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of independently managing content planning and player interactions. Strong awareness of industry trends, particularly in gaming and digital communities. Native Spanish proficiency, with fluency in either Chinese or English (for cross-team collaboration).
