Job responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Prospecting: Actively research and identify potential clients (plastic manufacturers, packaging companies, etc.) in Europe and the USA. Make international cold calls and send introductory emails daily to generate new leads from the Shenzhen office.
Market Development: Represent the company in both the European and American markets while working from headquarters. Understand local trends, regulations, and customer needs in each region to position our products effectively.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers across Europe and the USA. Conduct product presentations and negotiations via video calls (Zoom/Teams) from our office.
Order Management: Handle the full sales cycle from inquiry to order confirmation. Coordinate with the internal team in Shenzhen to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.
Schedule Flexibility: Due to time zone differences with Europe and the USA, you must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary to accommodate client calls and meetings.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree is required (preferably in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the chemical, plastic, or materials industry.
Market Knowledge: Proven experience selling into the European and/or USA markets is a must. Familiarity with international regulations on biodegradable materials is a strong plus.
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) is a significant advantage.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable making cold calls and presenting to senior management.
Personality: A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resilience. You must be a "hunter" who enjoys the chase of closing a deal and is not afraid of rejection.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Location: Must be willing to work full-time from our Shenzhen office. (Visa support available for qualified foreign candidates.)
