Job responsibilities
Responsibilities: Manage community content strategy and player communication, including interactions with players on social media platforms and active participation in discussions. Create game-related community content, package and deliver project-related information, such as development updates, and communicate version-specific news based on language preferences. Plan community-led initiatives, including events and collaborations with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). Manage content and asset planning schedules for Russian-speaking social media platforms and coordinate key content and timelines with regional colleagues. Identify high-potential content creators in Russian-speaking regions and build strong relationships with existing KOL partners. Establish connections with key community players and actively enhance visibility within the Russian-speaking player base. Recruit and manage community moderators to ensure a professional management team for Russian-speaking social media platforms. Serve as a bridge between players and the development team, accurately conveying community sentiment, feedback, and suggestions.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in overseas community operations. Proficiency in managing Russian social media platforms, with basic graphic design and video editing skills. Familiarity with Russian gaming community culture, including local player preferences and internet trends. Industry preference: Gaming (experience with SLG/RPG genres is a plus), followed by internet-related fields. Native Russian speaker with working proficiency in Chinese for workplace communication and basic English communication skills. Must be able to work on-site at the Shanghai office long-term.
