Qualifications & Requirements• Fluent Spanish and Portuguese speaker; English proficiency sufficient for daily business communication;• Candidates currently based in Latin America are strongly preferred;• Willing and able to relocate to Guangzhou, China for approximately one year;• Bachelor’s degree or above;• 2–8 years of professional experience;• Candidates without direct sales experience but with strong motivation, learning ability, and a sales mindset may also be considered;• Experience in IVD (in vitro diagnostic), medical devices, or healthcare-related industries is a strong advantage but not a must;• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (approximately 6 trips per year during the initial phase).What We Offer• First-hand exposure to China-based operations, products, and decision-making processes;• A clear path from onsite onboarding to a remote, regional-focused role;• Long-term career development in international sales and emerging markets;• Competitive compensation aligned with experience and regional standards.
