Role: Logistics and Finance AssistantMain Responsibilities:•Monitoring and following-up purchased goods;•Manage the relationship with forwarders•Manage all the logistics process from container booking to shipment•Optimizing logistics timings and costs (container consolidation)•Preparing and submitting all the export documentation•Liaise with our accountant on tax refunding issues ◦Payment tracking and preparation◦Requirements:◦Chinese Citizen◦Excellent English (Verbal and Written)◦University Graduate Degree - preferably in International Trade or Logistics◦1 to 2 years experience in Trade and Logistics◦Clear understanding of the Logistics process, Import/Export procedures, Customs clearance and documentation preparation◦Strong MS Office and Internet skills◦Analytical, pro-active, dynamic and responsible
