Full-Time Kindergarten English Teacher needed in Hangzhou, China -Student Age: 3-5 years old -Need to start ASAP Responsibilities: · Develop English curriculum and lesson plans in collaboration with Chinese teachers · Use diverse teaching strategies to support children at different English proficiency levels; conduct ongoing assessments of student progress; maintain student records and portfolios · Foster each child’s self-esteem, confidence, and independence; ensure student safety through attentive indoor and outdoor supervision · Respond promptly to children’s individual needs (both verbal and non-verbal), taking into account each child’s personality, ability, and cultural background · Communicate effectively with team members and parents regarding student progress; participate in parent-teacher conferences and staff meetings · Attend and actively participate in teaching and research activities, staff training, and other kindergarten events · Engage in kindergarten-wide activities and events · Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office · Create a welcoming, inspiring, and supportive classroom atmosphere · Perform other duties as assigned
