As a globally active agency, Avantgarde is working for premium clients for brands automotive, luxury goods and sports industry in the filed of events, promotions, sales and marketing support.A**** Shanghai Office was set up in year 2004, followed by the Beijing office in 2007 as a wholly foreign owned enterprise. A team of Chinese and European marketing experts is focusing on key international clients to develop strong brand experience. We are expanding our team and looking for highly motivated people to join us for below listed vacancies:Senior HR Manager (Shanghai)Roles and Responsibility overall:• Lead the HR department for Avantgarde China• Be the first contact point for international Head of HR• Be strong discussion partner with Managing Director, Business Director, General Manager BJ • Co - Develop an HR Controlling system with Finance which allows analysis • Control/ Oversee filing of all relevant documents (CV, contract, contract amendments on soft copy and on server)Recruitment Strategy• Explore additional recruitment ways, develop and implement coherent strategy for China (BJ and Shanghai)• Ensure that mid to long term strategy planning matches Business Planning• Oversee recruitment process: CV selection, interview phase with senior positions, oversee Interview phase with junior positionsDevelopment/ Motivation• Develop a motivation strategy/ retention program• Further develop annual review• Further develop and implementation of training concept Excellent English communication skills, Mandarin Skills are seen as plusInterested candidates please send your CV+ current photo+ salary expectation to(Login to see the email address)Best regardsHR
Job Requirements
Requirements• University degree in HR• Minimum of 4 years work experience in HR• Experienced in handling all aspects: recruitment, development, handle with care of cancellation• Experienced team leader• Strong strategy thinker, proven record in strategy.• Oversees Experience, experienced in HR Strategy development in agency or on client side
