Job responsibilities
1.Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies for the Southeast Asian market, set sales targets, and drive their achievement; ensure continuous growth of the company's e-commerce business in Southeast Asia.
2.Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics, provide recommendations for the company’s marketing strategies; adjust strategies based on data analysis to maintain the company’s competitive edge in the Southeast Asian market.
3.Coordinate with departments such as warehousing, logistics, and marketing to ensure close cooperation among all teams and optimize overall operational efficiency.
4.Guide and support team members, providing necessary training and development opportunities to build an efficient e-commerce operations team; establish performance evaluation mechanisms to motivate the team towards achieving goals.
5.Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with relevant laws and regulations; establish a comprehensive risk management system, regularly conduct risk assessments, and safeguard stable business operations.
6.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, inventory turnover rate, customer satisfaction, etc.; regularly report business progress and financial performance to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with overseas work experience being preferred.
3.Familiarity with e-commerce platform rules, possess data analysis capabilities, and be proficient in using relevant tools for market analysis and sales forecasting.
4.Excellent command of Chinese and fluent English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
5.Outstanding leadership and teamwork abilities, capable of working efficiently under high pressure.
6.A strong interest in the e-commerce industry, sensitivity to trends, and the ability to think innovatively and learn quickly.
