Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities - Assists in handling foreign trade, brand management, advertising, planning, business affairs, minutes management and other related work under the authorization of the General Manager. - Assists the General Manager in brand planning, advertising delivery, platform operation and other work. - Assists the General Manager in the summary and analysis of the performance of the foreign trade team, and improves and follows up related work. - Collects and analyzes competitor information through foreign trade platforms, industry media, exhibitions and other channels, and participates in the optimization, upgrading and iteration of the company's products. - Undertakes business reception, business negotiation, public relations for key clients, and maintenance of client relationships. -Improves customer relationship management, maintains client relationships, enhances the stickiness and trust of foreign clients, and reduces the customer churn rate. - Assists leaders in maintaining external resources within the authorized scope, such as media, associations, qualification evaluation institutions, government departments and key clients. - Arranges the General Manager's important schedules and time, and is responsible for information confidentiality. - Undertakes other work assigned within the authorized scope and other relevant work. Job Requirements
Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates majoring in English Translation, fresh graduates, European and American international students in China, or with 2 years of relevant working experience are preferred. - Fluent in spoken Chinese, able to use it as a working language (Essential). - Willing to focus on cross-border e-commerce or traditional foreign trade work and have an understanding of the operation and management system of foreign trade companies. - Proactive, enthusiastic, focused and energetic; candidates with potential for operation and management are preferred. - Possess a good professional image, professionalism and work habits. - Be available for business trips. - Be able to drink alcohol in moderation.
