Job Responsibilities: 1, in-depth business sector, understand the business strategy and objectives, take the initiative to obtain the business sector's human resources requirements, responsible for the local personnel work in Mexico; 2、Provide human resources support for the development of the business sector, including personnel attendance, recruitment, training, performance appraisal; 3、According to the business department team situation, clear team competency quality model, design personnel growth path and training program, effectively formulate and implement talent development plan and follow up the implementation; 4、Promote the promotion of company system and culture through communication and interaction with management and staff; 5、Responsible for administrative affairs within the department.

1、Bachelor degree or above, graduated from human resource management related majors; fluent in Spanish and Mandarin; 2、overseas local human resources recruitment and management experience is a plus, large manufacturing company experience, bicycle, electric bicycle industry experience is preferred; 3、Have strong resource co-ordination ability, strong pressure resistance, service consciousness; 4、skilled use of office software; 5、good communication and co-ordination, care for the physical and mental health of employees.
