Wear many hats as you work with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with designers, copywriters, manage social communities, and data analytics. 4. Promote conversion of our followers into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, inspiring, and captivating social media interactions. 5. Manage ATLI’s social community on Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok. 6. Communicate with influencers via social media to create a strong network of reviewers as well as content providers. 7. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy by creating, executing, and reporting campaigns. 8. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. 9. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams. 10. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

1. 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. 2. Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions. 3. Full knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok practices. 4. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. 5. Good understanding of social media KPIs. 6. Excellent multi-tasking skills. 7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. 8. Team player. 9. Good time-management skills. 10. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 11. Good written and oral command of English. 12. Photography and Photoshop skills would be a huge plus.
