1, Oversee the library to ensure cleanliness, order and conservation of resources. 2, Develop and organise library inventory (e.g. books, collections, periodicals, multimedia, etc.). 3, Regularly check and update database information. 4, Assist patrons in researching reading materials and reference materials. 5, Answer patrons' questions by phone or email. 6, Publish and update content on the library website (e.g., book summaries, book reviews, blogs, etc.). 7, Research and implement new information system technologies. 8, Organise events and promotional activities (e.g. children's storytelling sessions, author readings, book sales, etc.). 9, Manage the library budget and bill for new equipment. 10, Supervise library assistants and other staff.

1, Previous experience as a librarian. 2, Experience in using computers and electronic databases. 3, Familiar with information management system. 4, Strong organisational skills. 5, Effective communication. 6, Ability to handle multiple tasks. 7, Patient and friendly personality. 8, Degree in Librarianship; Master's degree in Librarianship or Information Management a plus.
