Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for exploring and developing new agents, channels and key customers in the region to expand market share; 2. Be responsible for collecting customer product information in overseas markets, analyzing customer needs and pain points, and promoting sales based on customer product planning and the company's products and technologies; 3. Do a good job of industry market research and analysis, understand the sales strategy, price system and other market information of competitors, and formulate corresponding competitive strategies; 4. Formulate and implement individual and team sales goals and strategies, monitor the progress of performance completion, and complete the sales targets issued by the company; 5. Follow-up and risk management of key customer projects to ensure effective sales and long-term cooperation; 6. Review and supervise the daily overseas business process, and strictly implement the company's sales price policy and other relevant regulations; 7. Be responsible for the daily management, training and assessment of the team, coordinate the internal resources of the company, and be responsible for the external communication of the department to ensure the smooth completion of the sales work; 8. Other work arranged by superior leaders;

Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, international trade, machinery, etc. is preferred; 2. More than 3 years of overseas sales experience, familiar with overseas sales business process, experience in injection molding machine industry is preferred; 3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and English can be used as the working language; 4. Experience in overseas resident and business development is required; (Regions needed: Asia Pacific, Europe, Türkiye, Central Asia and North America); 5. Strong communication ability, clear logic, strong market analysis and research ability and customer relationship management ability; Have team management experience, pay attention to team cooperation, have strong internal drive and sense of purpose, and have professional dedication; 6. Overseas study and project experience is preferred.
