The expert will mainly undertake the following responsibilities: 1. Provide technical route assessment and R&D direction recommendations for semiconductor chemical materials synthesis; 2. Guide R&D personnel in literature analysis, mechanistic studies, route design, laboratory-scale validation, and process optimization; 3. Diagnose, correct, and provide technical guidance on key technical issues in R&D projects; 4. Promote the transformation of basic research outcomes into laboratory-scale development, pilot-scale scale-up, and industrial application; 5. Help the company establish a more systematic R&D methodology, experimental design standards, and technical review mechanism; 6. Serve as a technical mentor for fundamental R&D personnel and improve the overall technical capability of the team.

Qualifications 1. Educational Background Ph.D. degree in chemistry, applied chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, materials chemistry, fine chemicals, semiconductor materials, electronic chemicals, or related fields. 2. Industry Background The candidate should have relevant experience in semiconductor chemical materials synthesis, electronic chemicals, high-purity chemicals, semiconductor precursor materials, functional chemical synthesis, or related areas. Priority will be given to candidates from South Korean semiconductor materials companies, electronic chemicals companies, precursor materials companies, as well as universities, research institutes, or corporate R&D centers with experience in industrial transformation. 3. Technical Experience The candidate should possess most of the following experience: a)A solid theoretical foundation in chemical synthesis, with the ability to analyze and solve problems from the perspectives of reaction mechanisms, route design, and impurity control; b)Experience in basic research and laboratory-scale development, with familiarity in literature assessment, experimental design, condition screening, sample preparation, and process optimization; c)Familiarity with the requirements of high-purity chemicals or semiconductor chemical materials in terms of purity, impurity profile, moisture and oxygen control, stability, and consistency; d)Experience in pilot-scale scale-up or industrialization is preferred, with the ability to assess key risks in transferring laboratory results into production; e)Ability to guide R&D teams in resolving issues such as unclear synthetic routes, repeated experimental failures, difficult impurity control, and unstable scale-up performance. 4. Competency Requirements a)Strong technical judgment, with the ability to identify the real bottlenecks and key breakthroughs in R&D projects; b)Strong R&D mentoring capability, with the ability to provide methodological guidance to young R&D personnel rather than only giving conclusions; c)Cross-stage perspective, with the ability to connect basic research, laboratory-scale development, scale-up validation, and industrialization; d)Rigorous scientific thinking and strong data awareness, with emphasis on experimental records, data review, and technical accumulation; e)Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with R&D, production, quality, marketing, and other teams; f)Interest in development opportunities in Chinese enterprises and willingness to participate in the company’s long-term R&D capability building.
